Refund and Return Policy
We aim to inform you as thoroughly as possible about our items via our website. Occasional errors or changes may occur; making mistakes is only human. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
Did you checkout using only your phone number? You won't be able to log in via the online customer account. Please use the direct return link provided in your SMS order confirmation to start a return or cancellation.
Important exception for vinyl records:
  • New vinyl in shrink-wrap (Sealed): Vinyl records of which the factory seal or shrink-wrap has been broken after delivery are legally fully excluded from the right of withdrawal. As soon as you open or damage the plastic wrap, your reflection period expires immediately, and we can no longer accept the return.
  • Second-hand or unsealed vinyl: Records delivered without shrink-wrap may be returned within 14 days. If the record has been played and this has caused new traces of use or scratches that reduce its value, we are legally entitled to deduct this depreciation from your refund.
How can you return your order?
You can easily register your return digitally within 14 days through the "Herroepingsformulier" link in the footer at the bottom of our website. After your registration, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.
The costs for this return shipment are at your own expense. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, it will be confirmed by email, and the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
In the event of a full cancellation of your order, the original shipping costs will also be refunded to you.
