Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, you indicate your agreement to our Terms and Conditions. Sound & Vinyl reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions if necessary. We reserve the right to refuse orders in the event of force majeure, unforeseen stock issues, or well-founded suspicions of fraud.

Delivery
All orders are delivered after payment by Bpost, DPD or PostNL. All our items are in stock (except pre-order items) and ready for shipment. The delivery time within Belgium is approximately 2 to 3 working days. All goods are very carefully packed in sturdy, new cardboard shipping boxes to minimize the risk of damage during transport.

Prices & Payment
All articles are priced in EUROS and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in these prices. Once an order is placed, you will automatically receive an email confirmation. As soon as payment is received, an email will be sent when your order is on its way (a tracking code will also be provided).

Privacy & Personal Data
By placing an order, your details will be included in our customer database. We strictly adhere to legal privacy regulations and will never share your data with third parties. We respect the privacy of our website users and will ensure the confidentiality of your personal information at all times.

Return Policy
We aim to inform you as thoroughly as possible about our items via our website. Occasional errors or changes may occur; making mistakes is only human. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

Important exception for vinyl records:
  • New vinyl in shrink-wrap (Sealed): Vinyl records of which the factory seal or shrink-wrap has been broken after delivery are legally fully excluded from the right of withdrawal. As soon as you open or damage the plastic wrap, your reflection period expires immediately, and we can no longer accept the return.
  • Second-hand or unsealed vinyl: Records delivered without shrink-wrap may be returned within 14 days. If the record has been played and this has caused new traces of use or scratches that reduce its value, we are legally entitled to deduct this depreciation from your refund.
How can you return your order?
You can easily register your return digitally within 14 days through the "Herroepingsformulier"Β link in the footer at the bottom of our website. After your registration, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.
The costs for this return shipment are at your own expense. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, it will be confirmed by email, and the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
