Shipping policy

All orders are delivered after payment by Bpost, DPD or PostNL. All our items are in stock (except pre-order items) and ready for shipment. The arrival of your purchase depends on the country you live in. The delivery time within Belgium is approximately 2 to 3 working days.

All goods are very carefully packed in sturdy, new cardboard shipping boxes to prevent damage. Would you like extra peace of mind? It is possible to take out additional insurance against loss or damage. In that case, please contact us before finalizing your payment so we can calculate the extra costs for you.
